Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
These cream cheese chocolate chip bars are "partially homemade" and fast and easy to create. Use gluten-free cookie dough if needed.

Ingredients

tube of chocolate chip cookie dough
if you can find a gluten free version of this, use it if you have folks with allergies
1 8
oz
package cream cheese
softened
½
cup
sugar
1
egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Put cream cheese, egg, and sugar in mixer and turn it on low speed.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars.
Press down 60% of the dough. (I just press it with my hands because its easiest.)
Pour cream cheese mixture on top and smooth over all the dough.
Crumble remaining cookie dough on top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
