Angela Sackett has been photographing people, places, and food for over a decade with her company Legacy Seven Studios. She is available to photograph your project and also speaks to groups about photography basics, as well as the importance of capturing your legacy for future generations.

It is her heart to “write with light,” whatever the subject, and she delights in helping others do the same. Some of her favorite moments behind the lens have been:

• Helping a young chef couple launch their new meal-delivery service by brand-consulting, styling, and launching a gorgeous menu portfolio for their new website
• Creating recipe images for her own e-books to inspire others to be creative in their home and at their table
• Capturing the birth of a first baby, journeying with the parents as they welcomed their little one into the world
• Walking the beach at sunset with a mother and daughter, as they reminisced through hand-written letters about the things God had done in their life together
• Catching grandparents on the dance floor with a new bride and groom, discovering these would be the legacy images a family would use to celebrate their lives for generations to come
• Experiencing that moment when a shy little one (or a reticent young adult) relaxes and forgets the camera, revealing the incredible personality hidden beneath a tentative smile
